Full Throttle – Intensive Cambridge C1 Advanced

The C1 Advanced is an official Cambridge exam that certifies an advanced (C1) level of English according to the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference).
The expression “Full Throttle” is used in English to mean going at maximum speed, with full energy and commitment. It is an intensive course designed to make fast progress, consolidate knowledge and reach C1 level in a short period of time, with a clear focus on preparing for and passing the C1 Advanced exam.

In an intensive 50 h or 60 h format, the course aims to:

What is covered in the course

Grammar: consolidation and refinement of advanced structures, precise use of verb tenses, passive voice, complex reported speech, advanced modal verbs and nuances of meaning.

Vocabulary: advanced collocations, complex phrasal verbs, idiomatic expressions, academic and professional C1-level vocabulary.

Exam strategies: effective time management, advanced reading and listening techniques, planning and correcting written texts.

Intensive speaking practice: full speaking simulations, structured debates, professional role-plays and formal presentations.

Mock exams: practice with real Cambridge-style tasks to consolidate format, pace and confidence.
